Program Director, PGME (8 roles)

York University is building a new medical school – one that is rooted in the community, designed to transform how we educate family doctors and generalist physicians, and how we deliver health care in Ontario.

We are seeking applications from physicians for eight (8) inaugural leadership Program Director roles. Candidates must hold a Medical Doctorate (MD) or equivalent medical degree, with eligibility to hold a license to practice medicine in Ontario.

While the primary recruitment focus is on Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, applications are welcomed across all of the following disciplines:

• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Enhanced Skills
• Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatry
• Surgery
• Surgical Foundations

These roles are intended for clinically active physicians with an interest in medical education, program leadership, and community-based training models.
