Safety Officer

The Safety Officer is to support and maintain HSE standards across our manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and project sites. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Maintain HSE records, documentation, and compliance reports.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe working practices.
• Support project and operations teams in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental, or STEM backgrounds will be preferred.NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent HSE qualification preferred.2–3 years of experience in a Safety Officer or HSE-related role.
• Basic knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
