Director, Financial ReportingGreenville, SCOur client is seeking a Director of Financial Reporting to play a key role in how the organization understands and communicates its performance. This position partners closely with the CFO and senior leadership team and is highly visible in executive and board-level discussions.

In this role, you will take large volumes of financial and operational data and translate them into clear, decision-ready insights. You will lead the development of board-level reporting materials, ensuring results are not only accurate, but clearly explained through the underlying drivers, risks, and opportunities.

This role sits at the center of the business, bringing together financial results, performance metrics, and operational trends into a cohesive view of performance. You will work across teams to refine KPIs, strengthen reporting consistency, and elevate the quality of insight delivered to leadership. Your ability to simplify complexity and focus attention on what matters most will directly influence decision-making.

This role requires experience within financial services and a strong combination of analytical capability and executive communication skills. You have a track record of building and presenting board-level materials and are comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders. You bring sound judgment, attention to detail, and a natural ability to distill information into clear, credible insights.
