Ribambelle Dubai is looking for a driven and energetic Events and Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive event sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Manage event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Conduct venue tours and client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event sales, kids events, hospitality sales, or event management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus).
• Passionate, proactive, and customer-focused.
