Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the founder's inbox and calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the founder.
• Draft necessary communication for emails, meetings, seminars, etc.
• Organize domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the founder.
• Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target market segments, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
