About the Institution

CCDTE, the CIMAGE Group’s engineering college in Patna, Bihar, is an AICTE-approved institution affiliated with Bihar Engineering University (BEU), Patna. The campus is also supported as an IIT Bombay Super Resource Centre and a Google for Education Campus.

The institution is inviting applications from capable and dedicated professionals for teaching, academic support, and non-teaching roles for the 2026–27 academic year. Hiring covers the AICTE-approved B.Tech programme as well as the Group’s management (MBA/BBA) and operations functions.

B.Tech faculty hiring is open across all five branches: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), and Civil Engineering (CE).

Academic Leadership and Engineering Faculty

Principal: Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant Engineering/Technology field, have first-class performance at the bachelor’s or master’s level, and possess at least 13 years of teaching, research, or industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Professor. The role calls for strong academic leadership and institutional administration capabilities.

Other qualifications and experience must meet AICTE/University norms.

Head of Department (HOD) for all five branches: Applicants need a Ph.D. in the relevant branch with first-class academic standing at the bachelor’s or master’s level. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in teaching, research, or industry is required, along with Professor/Associate Professor-level experience and a solid publication record.

The position also requires the ability to drive curriculum development, accreditation work, and departmental growth. AICTE/University norms apply.

Assistant Professor for all five branches: Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the relevant branch with first-class marks in either the undergraduate or postgraduate degree. A Ph.D., NET, or GATE qualification is preferred and will be treated as an advantage. Both freshers and experienced applicants may be considered, subject to AICTE/University norms.

Academic and Training Roles

Manager – Quality: Responsible for IQAC leadership, NAAC/NBA and international accreditation work, and ranking-related submissions such as NIRF.

Manager – Industry Interaction: Builds and manages corporate relationships, supports internships and placement initiatives, and is expected to have a strong industry network.

Faculty – Management (MBA/BBA): Requires a postgraduate or Ph.D. qualification in Management with strong subject knowledge; NET or Ph.D. is preferred.

Faculty – Maths, Stats, Quants & OR: Should hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or Statistics and will teach quantitative aptitude and operations research across programmes.

Communication & Soft-Skills Trainers: Train students in communication, aptitude, and employability/interview preparation.

Coordinators – Campus Life: Oversee student activities and events, movie sessions, sports and fitness, cultural activities such as dance, singing and drama, as well as lab and practical coordination.

Administration, Operations and Outreach

Head – Admissions Department: Leads the admissions process and counselling team, with a focus on achieving targets.

Head – Marketing (School Connect): Manages school outreach and brand campaigns across Bihar.

Academic Counsellors: Counsel prospective students and parents and support conversion of enquiries into admissions.

Tele-callers: Handle enquiry calls and follow-ups in Hindi and English.

Digital Marketing Team: Roles include Google Performance Marketing, Meta Campaign Management, SEO, AEO, video editing, social media analysis, blogging, and YouTube content creation.

Logistics Manager: Oversees campus infrastructure, facilities, vendors, and maintenance activities.

Proctor & Security Officer: Ex-servicemen are preferred. The role covers discipline management, guard training, security protocols, and housekeeping supervision.
