- Candidates currently based outside Spain need to accept a 3-6 months transitional working period in Shenzhen, China before permanent assignment to Madrid after visa approval. - Professional Experience从业经验Minimum 5 years of working experience in logistics, express delivery or cross-border last-mile delivery industry; 2-3 years of senior management experience at Deputy General Manager / General Manager level. (拥有 5 年及以上物流、快递、跨境末端配送行业从业经验,2-3 年及以上副总经理 / 总经理层级全域管理经验。)Proven track record of independently managing end-to-end warehousing & delivery businesses in a single country, capable of undertaking overall regional business performance indicators.
- Candidates who only managed a single warehouse or sorting center are not suitable for this role. (具备单一国家仓配全业务独立操盘经验,可承接区域整体经营指标;仅负责单一仓库、分拣中心模块的从业者暂不匹配本岗位。)Prior working experience with top logistics enterprises or overseas logistics management experience (Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia etc.) is highly preferred.
- Familiar with DSP cooperation mode and overseas team management rules is a plus. (拥有头部物流企业从业背景,或欧洲、中东、东南亚等海外物流管理经验者优先;熟悉海外 DSP 配送模式、本地化团队管理规则者加分。)
