Role Overview
The Inside Sales Trainee will support PixStone’s global business development efforts
by identifying, nurturing, and managing leads across multiple regions. The role
focuses on structured lead management, CRM coordination, and proactive outreach
to potential clients in the VFX and post-production industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing
- Research and identify potential clients across VFX, post-production, and
creative industries.
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, IMDb, and studio databases to find relevant
contacts and studios.
Lead Profiling & Discovery
- Enrich leads with accurate company details, contact information, and project
relevance.
- Categorize and maintain leads by geography, client type, and potential service
fit.
Email Monitoring & CRM Management
- Track and update all communication in Zoho CRM.
- Monitor campaign engagement, responses, and deliverability.
Lead Segmentation & Re-qualification
- Segment leads based on region, service interest, and activity level.
- Re-qualify inactive or cold leads through structured follow-ups.
Email Outreach & Response Handling
- Support setup of automated and manual email campaigns.
- Respond to interested leads, share relevant materials, and coordinate next
steps.
Lead Distribution & Internal Coordination
- Assign qualified leads to the respective regional sales team.
- Coordinate internally for progress tracking and follow-ups.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, outreach
effectiveness, and response trends.
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline movement and conversion potential.
Client/Account Handling
- Assist in initial communication with prospective clients.
- Maintain a professional and brand-consistent tone across all interactions.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and email outreach platforms.
- Interest in business development or the creative/media industry is a plus.
