Role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales turnover and ensuring a positive customer experience through to conversion.
• Build and maintain a loyal network of influencers to drive business generation.
• Scout opportunities to reach end consumers through diverse sources, increasing business in a cost-effective manner.
• Own the customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities in managing relationships with diverse influencers and stakeholders (Interior Designers, Kitchen Studios, Bath Stores, and Trade partners).
• Exhibit achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption).
• Understand competition offerings and continuously raise the bar for customer experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer delight.
