About the Role

NLB Services is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter experienced working for C2H roles in the India/ Domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, especially for C2H Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Mandatory experience of C2H hiring.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
• Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Required Skills & Experiences For Recruiter 13 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in C2H hiring). Experience working with client-side hiring teams.
• Good understanding of various IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.
