Roles and Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), employee referrals, and social media to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Screening & Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit

Job Description Development

Collaborating with hiring managers to create detailed, accurate job specifications and, when necessary, amending them to attract the right talent.

Interview Coordination & Evaluation: Scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Negotiation & Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and managing the pre-boarding or onboarding process to ensure smooth integration.

Reporting & Compliance: Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), providing recruitment reports to management, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Skills Required

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assessment: Ability to evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and potential.
