Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non - IT Recruitment)Location: Mohali (Work from Office)Experience: 3–5 YearsLanguafina is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment and be passionate about identifying and hiring top talent across diverse industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple client accounts.
• Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Candidate Profile

3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Proven experience in both IT Recruitment and Non-IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment life cycle.

Experience in client-facing recruitment environments or staffing/recruitment consulting firms will be preferred.

Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across multiple role types.

Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
