Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator role located in Kolar. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying data in company databases and client systems. Daily tasks include reviewing source documents, formatting and cleaning data, checking entries for errors or inconsistencies, and maintaining organized digital records.

The role involves coordinating with supervisors and team members to clarify data requirements and meet deadlines, as well as generating basic reports as needed. The Data Entry Operator will also support general administrative and back-office tasks related to data processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Typing skills with good speed and accuracy for high-volume data entry work.
• Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with databases or web-based tools.
• Administrative Assistance capabilities to manage files, organize documents, and support back-office processes.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, clarify data issues, and follow instructions clearly.
• Customer Service orientation to handle internal or external queries professionally and respond to data-related requests on time.
• High attention to detail, strong focus, and the ability to work with repetitive tasks without compromising accuracy.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Kolar and manage workload to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary education or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Prior experience in data entry, back-office operations, or document digitization is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
