Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Operator role based in Satna. The Computer Operator will be responsible for handling day-to-day computer operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and updating inventory and billing information in relevant software systems. The role involves preparing and managing digital documents, reports, and spreadsheets to support back office and distribution activities.

The Computer Operator will coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy, share required information with management, and assist in maintaining organized electronic files and backups. The individual will also support routine administrative tasks, ensure timely completion of assigned work, and follow company guidelines for data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong computer operations and computer literacy skills, with the ability to work efficiently on standard office and inventory software.
• Proficient typing and accurate data entry skills to manage records, bills, and reports.
• Experience in back office operations, including document handling, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams.
• Minimum higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in computer applications, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work systematically under time constraints.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic email usage; experience in distribution, trading, or FMCG environments is a plus.
