Role Overview
KAnand Corporation is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator / Portal Operations Executive to help run recruitment operations smoothly. This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling portal-based hiring workflows, data tracking, and reporting.
Core Duties
- Access client and vendor portals to retrieve job requirements and download them for internal use.
- Share opened requirements with the recruitment team and coordinate allocation.
- Track which requirements have been assigned and follow up with recruiters for candidate submissions.
- Upload candidate profiles and complete all required details on client portals.
- Check that every submission is accurate and aligned with client instructions and portal rules.
- Keep detailed records of submissions, interviews, offers, and final closures.
- Prepare recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Build pipeline, submission, interview, and closure reports for management review.
- Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and clients on portal-related tasks.
- Watch for portal changes or new requirements and update the team quickly.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Assist with recruitment operations and routine administrative support whenever required.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment portals or vendor management portals.
- Clear understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate submission processes.
- Strong command of MS Excel, including filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and report preparation.
- Well-developed coordination and organization abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at the same time.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. The preferred experience range is 1 to 3 years in recruitment coordination, staffing operations, or portal management. Experience in IT staffing or recruitment operations will be an added advantage.
Performance Measures
- Requirements should be shared with recruiters without delay.
- Candidate submissions on portals must remain accurate.
- Requirement allocation and resume submission should happen with a quick turnaround.
- Recruitment reports must be correct and delivered on time.
- Coordination between recruiters and clients should be effective.
Responsibilities

- Monitor updates on portals and inform the team about fresh requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases and trackers.
- Support day-to-day recruitment operations and administrative work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, staffing operations, or portal handling.
- Previous exposure to IT staffing or recruitment operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of recruitment or vendor portals.
- Understanding of candidate submission workflows and recruitment processes.
- Strong Excel skills, including filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
- Good organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
