This role is responsible for testing, analyzing, and supporting infrastructure systems such as virtual and physical servers, storage arrays, operating systems, and supporting platforms.
The Systems Engineer 2 work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Location: Louisville, KY (Hybrid: 2 days in office per week)The Systems Engineer 2 monitors infrastructure performance across server, storage, and compute environments to ensure system stability, availability, and efficiency. This role identifies, diagnoses, and resolves technical issues related to infrastructure failures, capacity constraints, and system integrity.
Begins to influence department strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, often working with minimal direction.

This role has a hybrid remote workstyle which may require you to work approximately 2 days a week in the office depending on business needs.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$80,900 - $110,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
