Role Description

• Vendor Purchasing, Materials Management 7 to 11 years of experience in SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) and Ariba
• Ariba S4 HANA experience
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) and its integration with SAP S/4Hands on experience with Master Data, Configuration and transactions in PTP and Ariba
• Knowledge in configuration changes such as approval workflows, catalog management, and supplier onboarding including questionnaires and templates.

Worked extensively with material master, vendor master, puchase requisition, purchase order, PIR and source list.

Hands on experience with configuring material types, account groups and document types.

Experience with Inventory Control, Movements, Storage Locations, Receipt for Procurement, Good issues, and Miscellaneous Movements).

Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance).

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and user-reported incidents.

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
