Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of strategic sourcing and contract management solutions using SAP Ariba. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, improve supplier collaboration, and drive procurement transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Ariba Upstream modules:
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP)
- Configure sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and Auctions.
- Design and configure contract authoring, approval workflows, clause libraries, and contract lifecycle management
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with procurement, sourcing, legal, and supplier management teams.
- Analyse business processes and recommend best-practice SAP Ariba solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution design documents.
- Implement supplier onboarding, qualification, segmentation, and performance management processes.
- Support supplier registration and enablement activities.
- Configure supplier evaluation and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA
- Support integration through SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Ensure synchronization of supplier, material, and organizational master data.
- Prepare test scripts and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Coordinate deployment, cutover, and go-live support.
- Provide hyper care support.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and training sessions.
- Work with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in:
- SAP Ariba Sourcing
- SAP Ariba Contracts
- SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement best practices.
Technical Skills
- Experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration. Project

- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent client-facing skills and prior demonstrated experience leading teams at various stages.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges during the SAP Ariba implementation, mitigating issues to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- 10 years of SAP experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Ariba Consulting Experience.
- At least 2–4 end-to-end SAP Ariba Upstream implementations.
- SAP Ariba certification is preferred.
