The role

As a Sales Assistant, you’re a key part of the store’s day-to-day success — supporting customers, keeping the shopfloor looking its best, and helping the team deliver a smooth, fast and friendly experience.

This is a 3-month temporary contract. An extension or permanent role may be possible depending on business needs and performance, but it isn’t guaranteed. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, and you’ll learn quickly through on-the-job support and training.

What you’ll do

• Deliver great customer service, even during busy moments
• Work across the shopfloor, stockroom, deliveries and tills
• Process large volumes of stock accurately and efficiently
• Keep the shopfloor organised, well-presented and easy to shop
• Follow clear procedures and routines to keep everyone safe
• Support your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives

Availability & flexibility (please read carefully)

• Weekend work is part of retail and required, depending on contracted hours
• Your availability is agreed before you start and is expected to remain consistent once in role
• This role may include early mornings, late finishes and busy trading periods
