Purpose of the RoleThe Development Operations Analyst will serve as a member of the Development Operations team. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely entry of up-to-date donor information, while also providing essential day-to-day functional support and internal customer service to our rapidly growing fundraising team.
You will ensure that our frontline fundraisers have the data and system support they need to succeed. As a versatile member of the Operations team, you will plug into various workflows—from Salesforce data entry to prospect research and assist with gift processing and grant agreements—ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly and our data remains pristine.
As the Development Operations Analyst, you’ll be reporting directly to the Senior Director, Development Operations.

The salary range for this role is between $51,965 and $64,980This is a remote role based in Chicago.
