Job Overview

The role of Lead Sales Associate involves delivering exceptional customer service and assisting the General Manager in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store achieves optimal performance.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00/ Hourly

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with pool and spa care needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
• Ensure the store maintains a pleasant environment
• Support merchandising and inventory management
• Perform opening and closing duties, including handling bank deposits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma, equivalent, or currently attending High School
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Capability to progress in the succession program
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to complete necessary training within two months of joining
• Capability to lift 50 lbs.
