Aurantius Real Estate is expanding its elite brokerage team in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). We’re looking for an experienced Secondary Market Property Consultant with proven Dubai real estate experience who is ambitious, driven, and ready to close high-value deals in the UAE’s most active property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote secondary market (resale) property listings across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals confidently.
• Advise clients on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and build a solid referral network.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market dynamics and community insights.
• Meet monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven Dubai real estate experience (Secondary Market preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Well-presented, motivated, and highly goal-driven.
• Ability to generate leads and manage client pipelines.
• UAE driving license & own car (preferred).
• RERA certification is an advantage.
