MEP Foreman

Oversee and manage the daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of all MEP assets within a high-end villa or residential estate. The supervisor ensures that all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Coordinate daily service requests, assigning tasks to the right personnel to ensure rapid resolution of faults.

Act as the direct point of contact for the villa owners or management to address any maintenance issues or property enhancement requests.

Supervise the operation and servicing of AC systems, chillers, ventilation, and exhaust fans. Ensure optimal thermal comfort and indoor air quality.

Oversee the maintenance of Low Voltage (LV) panels, distribution boards (DB), generators, and smart home lighting systems.

Monitor water pumps, water heaters, drainage, and irrigation systems to prevent leaks and ensure water quality.

Enforce all local Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulationsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, and daily progress reports for management.

Document move-in/move-out property checks and incident reports regarding system failures.
