Valet Driver

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Valet Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving customers' vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must have excellent driving skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles according to company procedures.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any existing damages.
• Issue and manage valet tickets accurately.
• Maintain proper handling and security of vehicle keys.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Report incidents, accidents, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Minimum 1 year of driving or valet parking experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, hotels, malls, airports, or customer service environments.
• Knowledge of luxury and high-end vehicle handling.
