DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes)

APPIT Software Solutions is hiring a DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes) in Hyderabad, India. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform at APPIT Software Solutions in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Jenkins for automated deployments
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudFront
• Design and operate Kubernetes clusters with proper namespace isolation, RBAC, and resource quotas
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm charts for reproducible environments
• Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch with proactive alerting
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and reduce mean time to recovery

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering
• Strong proficiency with AWS services (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFront)
• Production experience managing Kubernetes clusters and writing Helm charts
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks

Nice to Have

• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Professional certification
• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and Flux CD
