This role sits within a highly respected private investment firm in the DIFC. Who are looking for a top tier EA to support a high-level Executive.
About the role
- Deliver high-level administrative support to senior leadership within a fast-moving investment environment
- Oversee and prioritise executive inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Act as a central liaison for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Manage complex schedules, coordinating meetings, governance forums, and key business activities
- Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, briefing notes, and professional correspondence
- Organise international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Support investment committees and leadership meetings through agenda planning, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate performance review cycles, including scheduling discussions and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personnel information
- Ensure structured record-keeping and efficient information management systems
What you will need
Experience as an EA in the region, supporting a high-level executive at a high-volume capacity.
You will ideally have experience within a financial services company, or professional services environment.
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-taskStrong English written and verbal communication skills
