Purpose To create an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest entering Thom Sweeney Madison Avenue, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable and looked after from arrival through departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Hospitality * Welcome every client and guest upon arrival.* Offer refreshments including coffee, tea, soft drinks, wine and spirits.* Manage presentation and cleanliness of the bar and hospitality areas.* Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless luxury experience.* Support client appointments by ensuring refreshments are prepared and served.
- Client Experience * Build rapport with clients while sales associates are preparing garments, sourcing sizes or completing transactions.* Maintain conversation and engagement to ensure clients never feel unattended.* Create a warm, relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.* Assist with VIP appointments and private shopping events.
- Front of House * Answer incoming calls professionally.* Manage guest arrivals and notify the relevant team members.* Support appointment scheduling where required.* Coordinate deliveries, hospitality supplies and daily opening standards.
- Events * Assist with in-store events and client evenings.* Prepare hospitality areas before events.* Ensure exceptional guest service throughout all events.
- Brand Representation * Serve as an ambassador for Thom Sweeney.* Maintain impeccable personal presentation.* Demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury service and hospitality.
