Our Financial Sales Consultants play a critical role in helping individuals overcome financial hardship and achieve long-term stability. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, build trust, gather key financial information, and prepare detailed financial analyses to support clients on their path to debt relief.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM EST (In Office)

Top performers may qualify for additional work-from-home flexibility, including fully remote opportunities.

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission structure

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads through discovery calls to identify debt-relief needs
• Build rapport and gather financial information to qualify opportunities
• Prepare clear and accurate financial analyses
• Coordinate smooth client handoffs to support strong close rates
• Maintain compliance with legal and documentation standards
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and excellent time-management skills
• Ability to apply coaching and feedback effectively
• Desire to grow into a top-performing sales professional
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Previous sales and/or professional phone experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
