Analyst/Associate, AI Operations & Strategy

About Together FundTogether Fund is an early-stage venture firm backing AI-first founders, built by the founder of Freshworks & Eka alongside a team of ex-founders and operators. With $235M of Assets Under Management deployed across 40+ portfolio companies, we are building the institutional backbone of a firm meant to last - and we intend to run as AI-native as the companies we back.

The Role

This is a rare two-in-one mandate, and both halves carry equal weight. The first is core venture operations - the systems, rhythms, and execution that make an 11-person firm run like an institution. The second is transformation - standing up the AI-native tech stack that returns hours to the investment team every week.

You will work directly with the COO, embed with the deal team, and both design and build - not just coordinate.

What You'll Do

• Pillar 1
• AI-Native Transformation
• Own the AI agent roadmap - execution across a shared Knowledge Centre, CRM & deal-flow, market intelligence, sourcing, and portfolio-monitoring agents.
• Build and ship - wire up workflows and integrations (n8n, Claude API, Slack), structured / vector data stores, and ingestion from tools like Granola, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
• Evaluate and roll out AI-native tools (e.g., Clay, Harmonic, Perplexity, Dream
• Team) into daily team workflows - and own their adoption.
• Turn use cases into reliable agents - partnering with a technical intern and the deal team, keeping humans in the loop.

• Venture Operations & Strategy Run the operating cadence - weekly stand-ups, monthly portfolio reviews, quarterly partner sessions, and offsites - owning prep, agendas, and follow-through.
• Support LP & investor relations - quarterly reporting, data-room upkeep, AGM logistics, and CRM hygiene, alongside the COO and finance team.
• Build investment-process infrastructure - deal-pipeline tracking, IC pre-reads, diligence templates, and portfolio KPI dashboards.
• Drive special projects across firm strategy, hiring, vendor selection, and brand - wherever execution is needed.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience is a strong plus - in AI operations, AI tooling, automation / agent building, or a fast-paced startup or ops role.
• Standout newer talent is welcome.
• Genuinely AI-native - you already build with LLMs, automation, and no-/low-code tools, and pick up new ones fast.A builder who is also a sharp operator - comfortable scripting and wiring up APIs, and equally at home owning messy operational execution.
• Strong structured thinking, writing, and communication - with high ownership and genuine comfort with ambiguity.

An engineering / tech degree from a top-tier institution is a plus, not a requirement.
