Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Technology team. This is an Intern-to-Hire opportunity designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, product development, business processes, and problem-solving.
The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month internship period during which they will work closely with product, technology, business, and operations teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, document business needs, and support the delivery of technology solutions.
This internship serves as an evaluation period. Based on individual performance, business requirements, and organizational needs, the company may consider offering a full-time position. Please note that completion of the internship does not guarantee permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and process improvements.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, sprint planning, and review meetings.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Perform requirement validation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track project progress and help ensure requirements are clearly understood by implementation teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve requirement gathering, documentation, analysis, and productivity.
- Continuously research industry trends, product improvements, and process optimization opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Prior internship, academic projects, or certifications related to Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or Data Analysis will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
