Job Purpose
Lead and direct the Authority’s Quality Management System to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, continuous accreditation, and excellence in service quality, governance, and performance improvement across all departments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
- Lead the preparation and development of the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, work models, and mechanisms, in coordination with concerned units to ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Define and approve Authority-level quality policies that establish expectations for service quality, customer happiness, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with approved standards and regulations.
- Study and plan the Authority’s requirements for international management system standards in coordination with relevant parties to achieve best global practices and enhance institutional performance.
Operations
- Manage and govern the Quality Management System to drive improvement in service quality and operational practices across all Authority departments.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001 standards to maintain international accreditation through effective governance and system alignment.
- Approve and monitor the annual quality audit plan in coordination with Quality, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Offices, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and timely reporting.
- Supervise the preparation and execution of the unified internal audit plan for administrative systems, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sectors of the Authority.
- Oversee and coordinate external audits of administrative system specifications, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and submission of periodic reports.
Product / Process Improvement
- Ensure the implementation and verification of corrective actions arising from quality audits through the smart quality audit system and monitor development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Promote the culture, concepts, and practices of quality management across the Authority, = ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement objectives.
Physical Working Conditions
- Supervise periodic field and site visits to oversee quality audits, verify implementation of corrective actions, and ensure compliance with approved management systems.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- At least 12 years of relevant experience
- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Manager
