Qualifications
- Essentials:
- Master s degree in vocational education, Education, Training and Development, Workforce Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in vocational education and training.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management position
- Preferred:
- Doctorate in Education, Vocational Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in quality assurance, vocational assessment, or training management.
- Experience working with qualifications frameworks and accreditation bodies.
