The venue also features a private karaoke room and live DJ sets from local talent, making it a hotspot for socializing and celebration. Whether guests are looking for a casual lunch, a lively dinner, or a late-night escape, Mitsu is designed to be the go-to culinary destination.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The job responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience by liaising with the kitchen and bar teams, and upholding the highest hospitality standards.

You will play an active role in creating a warm and engaging environment for customers while assisting with daily operations, including managing reservations, supporting events like karaoke and DJ nights, and maintaining the atmosphere of the restaurant. You will also collaborate with team members to resolve any customer concerns and help drive the overall success of Mitsu.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and team members
• Organizational skills, with attention to detail in handling reservations, events, and daily operations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with the restaurant's operating hours
• An interest in Japanese cuisine and culture, or prior experience in a similar dining environment, is a plus
• Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene are advantageous
