This is an excellent opportunity for an established Executive Assistant who enjoys becoming a true right-hand support, building trusted relationships and operating within a fast-paced but genuinely supportive environment. The business has high standards but is also known for being people-focused, collaborative and respectful towards support staff.
The role offers broad exposure across the business and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building long-term partnerships and becoming heavily embedded within the wider team.
The role will include
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel, itineraries and logistics
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations and supporting documentation
- Processing expenses, invoices and approvals
- Supporting team events, offsites and wider internal initiatives
- Acting as a key liaison between senior stakeholders, internally and externally
- Assisting with documentation and compliance-related processes
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day coordination of the wider team
- They are looking for someone who:
- Is an established Executive Assistant with significant experience supporting senior stakeholders within financial services
- Has a proven track record of building trusted, long-term relationships with the executives they support
- Demonstrates longevity and commitment within previous positions
- Has experience operating within a fast-paced, corporate environment where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are essential
- Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Communicates confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Enjoys working collaboratively and becoming part of a close-knit team
- Has strong Microsoft Office skills, with Concur or Docu
- Sign experience advantageous
