About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Medical Marketing Executive to join our growing healthcare marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical center, or clinic marketing, with proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and digital marketing strategies within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for healthcare and medical clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
- Prepare marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and marketing targets.
- Attend client meetings and healthcare industry events across the UAE.
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Manage and allocate budget correctly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare industry regulations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
