About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across our Real Estate and Consulting Businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a coordinator position. You will own the full marketing function, from brand building and campaign execution to lead generation and digital growth, with a clear focus on business impact and revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both the real estate and consulting verticals
- Drive Lead Generation Campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to support the sales team
- Manage all brand communications, content, and messaging across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email)
- Plan and oversee Property Marketing Campaigns — listings, launches, virtual tours, and developer partnerships
- Build and maintain a strong B2B & B2C Marketing presence for the consulting arm — thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, and events
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all channels
- Oversee performance marketing — Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns — with a focus on ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets
- Manage agency relationships, freelancers, and creative vendors
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, lead quality, and conversion metrics
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities across both sectors
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role for more than 5 Years
- Background in real estate marketing, consulting, professional services, or B2B / B2C marketing
- Strong command of digital marketing — SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing
- Experience managing content creation, brand strategy, and campaign execution end-to-end
- Ability to work across two business verticals simultaneously with clear prioritisation
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics, reporting, and optimising based on results
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Highly Preferred
- Experience in Dubai or GCC real estate market
- Exposure to consulting, corporate services, or professional B2B brands
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Strong visual sense with ability to brief designers and review creative output
- Existing understanding of UAE market dynamics, audience behaviour, and property trends
