Our client, a multinational automobile company is urgently looking for an Assistant Manager - Marketing to be based in Dubai.
Reporting to Manager– Business Development & Marketing.
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager - Marketing to join the dynamic brand and our growing team supporting Middle East and North African markets. The associate will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Individual will have opportunity to prove him/herself in other marketing related jobs, apart from the below key responsibilities: -Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support brand initiatives, sales and launches.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Set and manage marketing budgets and KPIs.
Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
Support New Marketing Projects.
Brand Management:
Develop messaging and positioning for different vehicle segments and verticals.
Oversee brand guidelines of media assets created internally and by regional distributors.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
Analyse dist. marketing KPIs (PDCA) and prepare comprehensive monthly report.
Support distributors marketing PDCA activity – Automobile and Motorcycle.
Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
Campaign Management:
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, outdoor, and event marketing.
Manage campaigns for all verticals.
Coordinate with creative, media, other agencies, and regional distributors to deliver impactful campaigns.
Analyzing and reporting results.
Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee website, SEO/SEM, management of MENA social media platforms, content calendar in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Implement lead generation and CRM nurturing campaigns (email marketing, retargeting).
Track digital metrics and optimize for performance.
Analyzing and reporting results.
Give relevant recommendations and advise based on analysis.
Coordination:
Role will involve internal coordination with Product/ Sales / Content / PR / After-sales teams and external coordination with multiple agencies / regional distributors.
Events:
Plan & organize events like auto / boat shows, new model launches, brief distributor activations, and customer engagement programs.
