Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance upon arrival Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries Manage office correspondence, records, and documentation Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date Support day-to-day administrative and office operations Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders Maintain an organized and professional reception and office environment Minimum 1 2 years of Receptionist or Administrative experience in the UAEHigh School Diploma or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to work independently or within a team
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong knowledge of office administration and record management
