Role Overview

• We are looking for a high-ownership professional to work in the Founder’s Office, responsible for liaisoning, coordination, and end-to-end execution across internal teams, external partners, and authorities in the UAE.Key Responsibilities
• Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and all stakeholders
• Liaise with banks, consultants, PROs, and vendors
• Support compliance processes, renewals, and regulatory documentation
• Manage Founder’s follow-ups, priorities, and action items
• Ensure timely execution of tasks with strong tracking and reporting
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years experience in Founder’s Office / CEO Office / EA / Operations
• Strong liaisoning, communication, and follow-up skills
• Exposure to UAE regulations and compliance coordination preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
