As a Remote Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to ensure seamless account creation, claims online portal registration, and IT support.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk & IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:
Create new accounts for clients using ServiceNow and CyberArk
Verify account information and ensure accuracy
Troubleshoot any issues related to account creation
Register clients for online portal access
Verify client information and ensure accuracy
Troubleshoot any issues related to online portal registration
Process claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
Help backlog and process new tickets that come through
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their patients
Work closely with our team to ensure seamless account creation and IT support
Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
