Job Summary
Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Inventory Management for Construction Trainer to deliver training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about construction materials management, inventory control, and professional training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on inventory management principles for construction projects.
- Teach material planning, procurement coordination, warehouse management, and stock control.
- Explain inventory tracking, material requisition, receiving, storage, and issuance procedures.
- Introduce inventory management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel for inventory reporting.
- Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and real-world construction scenarios.
- Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
- Guide participants on inventory optimization, cost control, and minimizing material wastage.
- Stay updated with the latest construction inventory management practices and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
