Key Responsibilities * Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain data to support inventory health, vendor performance, liquidation planning, and operational improvement projects.* Support business growth in constrained environments by helping design practical, automated, and data-driven supply chain solutions.* Work on scaling processes quickly by identifying available tools, automation opportunities, reporting improvements, and simplified workflows.* Assist in building new supply chain processes that reduce losses, improve inventory movement, and support better vendor and liquidator outcomes.* Roll out relevant best practices from other geographies, marketplaces, or business teams to reduce end-to-end supply chain inefficiencies.* Use analytical thinking to identify root causes, performance gaps, inventory risks, and operational improvement opportunities.* Prepare data summaries, insights, and recommendations that help business, operations, and technical teams make informed decisions.* Support cross-functional projects involving supply chain planning, operations, technology, vendor management, and business stakeholders.* Contribute to cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives within centralized supply chain planning.* Help drive technology-enabled solutions that improve visibility, automation, reporting, and execution across supply chain workflows.* Communicate project progress, findings, risks, and actions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Support senior stakeholders with data-backed updates, operational insights, and structured analysis when required.* Maintain strong ownership of assigned tasks while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.* Help improve inventory health mechanisms by supporting tracking, reporting, follow-up, and continuous improvement activities.

Ideal Profile * UAE National with Family Book.* Bachelor s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, analytics, or a related field.* Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, project support, business coordination, or a related environment.* Strong interest in inventory health, supply chain execution, business process improvement, automation, and data-led problem solving.* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data from different reporting tools.* Ability to extract, review, and interpret data to influence business and operational decisions.* Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical teams, non-technical teams, and senior stakeholders.* Comfortable supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to break down issues, identify patterns, and suggest practical improvements.* Ownership mindset with willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to high-impact supply chain projects.* Ability to work with vendors, internal teams, operations stakeholders, and planning teams in a collaborative manner.
