We are seeking a Personal Development Mentor to join our small but very friendly Post-16 SEN Education & Training Provision in Tonbridge. This role is 4 mornings per week, term-time only, and would suit someone experienced in working with this age group, well-organised, and knowledgeable about how SEND affects young people.
Responsibilities include working with small groups of young people aged 16-19, teaching subjects and skills to prepare them for adulthood. This is a rewarding role within a supportive team.
