Job Summary

Scotiabank Non-Branch Sales Force Jamaica is seeking high‑performing, results-oriented, relationship‑driven professionals to join our External Sales Team as d Home Financing Specialists. This role is ideal for self‑motivated individuals who excel in consultative selling and partner engagement.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, developers, attorneys, and real‑estate stakeholders
• Promote and sell home financing solutions as the primary focus
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell personal loans and credit cards
• Generate and manage mortgage leads from referral partners
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Education/Experience/Other:

Minimum of 5 CXCs (Mathematics and English must be included)Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, financial services, or relationship management would be an asset.

Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently in a target‑driven environmentSound knowledge of retail banking products (loans and credit cards preferred) would be an asset.

Must have dedicated unlimited access to a vehicle.
