Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience in invoicing and ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and return processes through the ERP system
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping
• Assist with the preparation of sales reports and documentation
