Executive/Assistant Manager - Clearance

Job Role

The job holder is responsible to serve as a liaison between clearing agents, freight forwarders, insurance companies and banks related to cargo clearance. The incumbent is required to comply with audit requirements and ensure timely deliveries, while preparing management reports and being responsible for maintaining data hygiene of the shipping database.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in Customs clearance and forwarding
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and regulatory documentation
• Hands-on experience with vehicle clearance and project cargo will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
