Job Description

As a Deputy Analyst – Workplace & Controllership at Ascent, you will play a pivotal role in Admin team. Your contributions will directly impact our success as we strive to exceed expectations and set new benchmarks.

Responsibilities include

• Office Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Procurement: Attend to all purchasing requirements of the company including vendor registration and vendor management.
• Maintain records & Reporting: Maintain data, update systems and prepare routine reports as requested.
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in administrative role or finance role, preferably in a support or analyst capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) .Proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take on new challenge.
