We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing luxury healthcare organization.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up with leads, and helping prospective clients make confident decisions. You'll work directly with experienced sales leadership, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.

For the first 3-6 months, you'll train alongside our senior sales team, learning our consultation process, services, systems, and sales strategies. As your knowledge and performance grow, you'll transition into a revenue-generating sales role with bonus and commission opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations
• Follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, text, and CRM systems
• Re-engage inactive leads and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Build trust and educate clients on available services and treatment options
• Handle objections professionally and guide clients toward informed decisions
• Schedule consultations and maintain accurate client records
• Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple communication channels
• Track daily activity, appointments, conversions, and sales metrics
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, call center, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident handling objections and overcoming challenges
• Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve goals
• Experience using CRM systems preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury services, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or high-ticket sales
• Salesforce experience
• Call center experience
• Consultative sales background
• Experience working toward KPIs and performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 annual base salary during training
