What You'll Do

• Deepen your knowledge of the Rolex brand history, collections, and technical specifications to confidently advise and educate clients.
• Build rapport with guests, understand their preferences, and curate personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
• Present Rolex products and guide clients through the purchasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, from initial welcome to post-purchase care.
• Uphold the high standards of service expected at GEARYS Beverly Hills, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine enthusiasm for Rolex timepieces and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• 3-5 years of experience in a luxury sales environment, preferably with a focus on watches and jewelry.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of luxury watch brands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse clientele.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
