Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tutors role based in Vellore. Tutors will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with NEET, JEE, and school curriculum requirements, using a mix of conceptual teaching, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing discussions.

They will regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, and quizzes, and provide individualized feedback and mentoring to support academic growth. Tutors will collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty members to refine teaching methods, update study materials, and integrate technology-driven learning tools.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, communicating with parents or guardians when needed, and contributing to academic workshops or special sessions organized by the academy.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology, preferably with experience in NEET or JEE preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly, using examples, practice problems, and structured lesson plans.
• Skills in classroom management, student engagement, and mentoring learners with diverse academic backgrounds.
• Comfort with using digital tools, online resources, and basic educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Science, Engineering, or related field); coaching or teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to student-centered learning.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Vellore, including weekends or extended hours during peak academic seasons if required.
